Steps to Apply:
Log in to AFVEC at https://afvec.us.af.mil
Select "Education & Training > COOL Application."
Search for approved certifications or use our AFSC-aligned list.
Upload your training quote. Click here to request a quote
Submit for supervisor and education office approval.
