Typical Grading Timeframe

• Assignments are reviewed and graded within 24-48 business days from the time of submission.

• In peak periods or during holidays, grading may take slightly longer — but we always aim to review your work as quickly and thoroughly as possible.

How You’ll Be Notified

• You’ll receive detailed feedback via email once your assignment has been reviewed.

• Feedback includes instructor comments, suggestions, and a pass/fail indicator where applicable.

Haven’t Received Your Grade Yet?

If it’s been more than 3 business days:

• Check your spam/junk folder to ensure the feedback email didn’t get filtered.

• If still missing, email support@mcafeeinstitute.com with your:

  • Full name

  • Course title

  • Assignment or lesson you submitted

We’ll follow up promptly to make sure your grading is completed and you receive your results.
