Extenuating Circumstance Extension Request 

1. Exam Licenses are Valid for 1 Year from Purchase. 
2. We do not offer exam license extensions unless there is an extenuating circumstance. 
3. Exam licenses are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. 
4. We do not offer extensions for exam licenses unless there is an extenuating circumstance directly affecting the license holder.

To request a complimentary extension based on extenuating circumstances such as acute medical issues, military deployment/duty, or government duty, please complete the form to the right prior to your exam expiration date. 

Please Note: Submitting a request does not guarantee approval. You will need to provide suitable documentation, and the request must be approved by our staff. The extenuating circumstance must apply to you personally and cannot be used for situations involving relatives, friends, or others.
