If you're unable to access your final exam, don’t worry — it’s usually due to one of the following common issues:


1. Course Not Fully Completed

You must complete all modules, lessons, and required assignments before the final exam becomes available in your student dashboard.


2. Exam License Expired or Missing

Your exam license may have:

  • Expired (licenses are valid for 12 months from enrollment)
  • Not yet been issued (in rare cases)

If you believe your license has expired or wasn't issued, contact support@mcafeeinstitute.com for assistance.


3. Technical Browser Issue

Clear your browser cache or try logging in using a different browser (Chrome is recommended). Be sure pop-ups are enabled. And you are NOT on a VPN, VM or Proxy.


4. Course Progress Not Synced

Occasionally, your completion status may not register. Click through each section again, and confirm all items show as “complete.”
