No, you are not required to take the certification program to sit for the exam.

If you already have the necessary knowledge and experience, you can purchase an exam license separately and take the certification exam without enrolling in a course.

You can purchase an exam license as a stand-alone product here: Exam License. 

The exam license includes one exam attempt, online proctoring, and a digital certification upon passing.

However, it does not include study materials, quizzes, or instructor support—those are only available with our full certification programs.

If you do not pass the exam, you can purchase another exam license to retake it.

You have one year from the date of purchase to complete the exam.
