For Board Certifications: You have lifetime access to the program. However you only have 1 year to take the exam as your program came with a 1 year exam license.

For Online Courses: You have lifetime access to the programs if you paid in full for the program. 

Note: If you bought a subscription, access to the programs are limited based on the duration of the subscription you paid for and are not lifetime access. To maintain access you must maintain your subscription.
